A model of forming polylingual speech culture and communicative competence as a condition for teachers’ training

چکیده

The article addresses the issue of development Kazakh, Russian and English languages in Kazakhstan. For this purpose, authors give a definition types bilingualism polylingualism. paper focuses on significance modeling educational process, use effective methods technologies, gradual formation foreign language speech culture communicative competence. model multilingual teachers’ training is presented as combination motivational-value, content technological components. In accordance with this, experimental work was conducted three Kazakh universities. result experiment polylingual competence future teachers within selected scope material. Another achievement professional readiness undergraduates to develop an integrated process for competence, ability apply concepts learning justify them discussion. course study, came conclusion that should have competence: knowledge linguodidactic skills plan classes language.
